Nutrition Weight Loss

The interesting thing about nutrition is that nutrient dense foods are the lowest in calories.  Fresh fruits and vegetables should be eaten in abundance.  Historically, the surgeon general has said five servings a day, but now the advice is 7.  In other countries, like Canada, the recommendation is 10 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.

A healthy body will feel more like doing things.  If you eat a lot of sugar and crap then you will feel like just sitting around.  A high fiber diet, preferably raw, will make you feel naturally like being active. 

Proper nutrition will also support muscle, bone, and organ function.  This will help you to work out and do things.  Do you have aches and pains that you wish would go away.  Start eating right and many of those things will decrease or go away.  If needed, take a high quality supplement.  That can often help you feel better.
